Ink789 believes online entertainment should be enjoyed in a healthy and controlled way. We provide a range of tools and resources to help you stay in control at all times.
Playing on an online entertainment platform like ink789 should be a fun and relaxing experience — not a source of stress or financial problems. That is why ink789 takes our responsibility seriously, not only as an entertainment platform, but also as a partner who genuinely cares about every player's well-being.
Responsible gaming means playing within comfortable limits, making sound decisions, and not letting gaming interfere with your daily life, personal relationships, or financial stability. When all of this is kept in check, your gaming experience becomes more enjoyable and sustainable.
Ink789 provides a range of practical tools that let you take control of your own gaming experience – from setting daily deposit limits to options for taking a break or blocking your account entirely. All tools are free and accessible directly from your account settings.
We also work with independent support organisations to ensure players who need additional help can access it easily. This commitment goes beyond a licensing requirement — it is a core value of ink789.
Many players don't realise their gaming habits have crossed healthy boundaries. Recognising the early signs is the first step to regaining control. Ask yourself the following questions:
Do you often think about gaming even while doing other things?
Have you played with money meant for daily essentials such as bills, rent, or food?
Do you continue playing after a big loss in hopes of "winning back" the money?
Have you lied to family or friends about how much time or money you spend playing?
Do you feel anxious, angry, or uncomfortable when you are unable to play?
Do you need to wager larger amounts each time to feel the same level of excitement?
Is gaming causing problems in your relationships, work, or academic performance?
Have you ever tried to stop but failed?
Ink789 offers a comprehensive and easy-to-use set of control tools. All of them can be activated directly from your account settings page, with no need to contact customer support beforehand.
Set the maximum amount you can deposit each day, week, or month. This limit takes effect immediately and can be reduced at any time, but increasing the limit requires a cooling-off period for your protection.
Set your daily session time limit. When the limit is reached, the ink789 system will display a warning and the option to end the session, ensuring you don't play longer than intended without realising it.
Set the maximum loss amount you are willing to absorb within a given period. Once this limit is reached, you will no longer be able to place wagers until the period ends, helping you avoid unplanned large losses.
Choose to take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you will not be able to log in or make any deposits, giving yourself time to reset.
If you feel a more serious step is needed, you may choose to self-exclude from the ink789 platform for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. Your account will be fully blocked for the duration of that period.
Track a full record of your gaming activity, including total deposits, winnings, losses, and time spent. This information helps you make an accurate assessment of your gaming patterns.
Playing responsibly means enjoying the entertainment experience while maintaining full control over your decisions and spending. Here are practical guidelines recommended by ink789:
Before starting any session, decide on the amount you are willing to allocate for entertainment – and stick to that limit. Think of it like a movie ticket or a dinner out; it is the cost of entertainment, not an investment.
Avoid playing when you are stressed, sad, angry, or emotionally unstable. Playing in a disrupted emotional state often leads to poor decisions and greater losses.
Avoid extended play in a single session. Take a break every 30–60 minutes — get some water, stand up, and stretch. Breaks help you make clearer decisions and prevent decision fatigue.
One of the most dangerous mistakes in gaming is trying to "chase back" money that has already been lost. This often leads to even greater losses. Accept that losses are part of the game and close the session once your limit has been reached.
Make sure online gaming does not replace hobbies, family time, or social activities you enjoy. A healthy balance is key to a sustainable entertainment experience.
Every game at ink789 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), meaning outcomes are completely random. No strategy can guarantee wins. Play with realistic expectations and enjoy the process, not just the results.
Ink789 has a strict policy: this platform is exclusively for players aged 18 years and above only. We take our responsibility seriously to ensure that minors cannot access our services.
