The total points earned depend on your wagering amount. Slot games, Live Casino, fish shooting games, and Bingo all contribute to your VIP points. Your account dashboard always shows your latest progress and how many more points you need to reach the next tier.
Once you reach the points required for the next tier, the upgrade happens automatically and instantly. You'll receive a notification via the platform and your new benefits take effect immediately. For Platinum and Diamond tiers, your personal account manager will reach out to introduce themselves and offer personalised assistance.
